Terms & Conditions – Brazil Day $40 Bonus Promotion

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Inter&Co "$40 Bonus Promotion" (the “Special Offer”), exclusively available during the Brazil Day event period. By participating in this Special Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility: to qualify for the Special Offer, customers must cumulatively meet the following requirements (collectively, “Requirements”):

  1. Open a new digital account with Inter during the promotional period using the referral code BRDAY40.
  2. Deposit a minimum of $100 into the newly opened account within 7 days of account activation.
  3. Use the deposited $100 for either:
  4. Making a purchase of a Gift Card through the Inter App, OR
  5. Sending an international money transfer through the Inter App.

The Gift Card purchase or international money transfer must occur during the promotional period.

Promotional Campaign Period: The promotional period begins on July 13th, 2025, at 12:00 PM (GMT-3) and ends on July 20th, 2025, at 11:59 PM (GMT-3). Transactions made outside of this period are not eligible for the Special Offer.

Bonus Activation: customers who meet all eligibility requirements under these Terms and Conditions will receive a $40 bonus deposited into their Inter digital account.

The bonus deposit will be made within 30 days after the promotional period ends.

Limitations and Restrictions: The deposit incentive applies only to eligible transactions made during the promotional period.

If the qualifying transaction (Gift Card purchase or international transfer) is canceled by the customer or deemed invalid by Inter for reasons such as insufficient funds or violation of terms, the customer will not receive the $40 bonus.

The Special Offer is limited to one use per customer. Additional registrations or transactions using the referral code BRDAY40 will not qualify for additional bonuses.

The Special Offer may not be combined with any other promotional offer by Inter.

Inter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Special Offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Transactions initiated and completed before the termination will remain eligible unless flagged as fraudulent or in violation of Inter’s Terms & Conditions or applicable laws and regulations. Inter also reserves the right to disqualify transactions intended to contravene the Special Offer rules.

All information collected during participation in the Special Offer is subject to Inter’s Privacy Policy (link). All Inter digital accounts are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the Inter Account Agreement (link).
