a. The Special Offer is available only for US residents who have an active digital account with the INTER App in the United States. The birthday discount code V5N8D2JL provided in the email must be submitted during the Special Offer Period.
b. The Special Offer Period begins on the 1st day of August at 00:00:01 (GMT-3) and ends on August 31st at 23:59:59 (GMT-3). Each customer will receive their birthday coupon on the first day of their birth month.
c. Eligible customers who make a successful Gift Card purchase through the INTER App are eligible to use the birthday promo code to receive a 25% discount on the value of their Gift Card purchase. The discount is limited to a maximum of $50 per transaction. The code can be used at any Gift Card store available in the Inter App.
d. The birthday discount code can be used ONE time per customer, per calendar year. Each customer may only use the coupon corresponding to their birth month. Coupons for months that do not match the customer's birth month cannot be used.
e. The Special Offer will not be valid for any qualifying transaction that is canceled by the customer or by INTER. The Special Offer will also not apply if a requested purchase is not sufficiently funded or payment fails to process.
f. Gift Card usage is subject to each brand's terms and conditions available on the Inter app at the time of purchase.
g. The birthday Gift Card purchase using the discount coupon is not cumulative with other ongoing promotions or offers.
h. INTER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue or terminate the Special Offer at any time, with or without notice. Any pending qualified purchases initiated before the termination will be honored unless the transaction appears fraudulent or is otherwise not in compliance with INTER's Terms & Conditions or applicable laws and regulations. INTER also reserves the right to disqualify purchases that, in its sole discretion, are intended to contravene the Special Offer rules or applicable regulations, including INTER's own Terms & Conditions and policies.
