The Underline and Inter: A Partnership for a New Experience in Miami

With certain similarities to New York's iconic High Line, The Underline is transforming the space beneath Miami's Metrorail into a 10-mile green corridor. This nonprofit project aims to connect communities and promote a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Inter is joining this initiative as a committed ally dedicated to improving quality of life by offering new experiences and benefits for those living in or visiting the city.

Highlighted Spaces of The Underline 

 River Room 

Located in the Brickell area, the River Room is a space that combines nature and functionality. It features separated paths for pedestrians and cyclists, green areas with native vegetation that attract pollinators like butterflies and bees, and a pet-friendly zone with water stations and waste bags.

Urban Gym 

This outdoor gym offers exercise stations for stretching and strengthening, a multifunctional court for basketball and soccer, and a running track. It's an ideal space for those looking to stay active in an urban environment.

Promenade 

The Promenade is an area designed for recreation and social interaction. It includes the Inter Stage, an urban stage for cultural and community events; the Dining Room, an accessible table for up to 50 people; and game tables for enjoying games of dominoes, chess, or checkers.

Oolite Room 

This space stands out for its butterfly gardens, designed to attract and feed endangered pollinator species. It is the first of 20 planned gardens along The Underline corridor.

Inter and The Underline: A Collaboration Focused on Well-being and Community

Inter supports the development of The Underline by backing initiatives that promote sustainable mobility, local culture, and social inclusion. Through this collaboration, the aim is to provide the community with spaces that encourage a healthy lifestyle connected to the urban environment.

Coming soon, Inter will launch a bike-sharing program at The Underline. This system will feature over 100 bikes and docking stations distributed along the 10-mile park. The goal is to offer an eco-friendly and accessible transportation option that facilitates urban mobility and promotes an active lifestyle among Miami residents and visitors.

Inter Café in Brickell: An Urban Oasis by the Metrorail

Located at 1001 SW First Ave, right next to the Brickell Metrorail station, the Inter Café is designed as a meeting point for Miami residents and visitors. This café offers a variety of beverages and light meals in a modern and welcoming environment, perfectly integrating with the surroundings of The Underline.

In addition to being a space to enjoy a good coffee, the Inter Café in Brickell also serves as a venue for community events and cultural activities, strengthening Inter's commitment to the local community.
