The following terms and conditions apply to the Inter&Co Payments, Inc. (“INTER”) “Gift Card Boost” offer which is available to certain qualifying customers.
• To be eligible for the INTER Gift Card Boost (“Special Offer'), you must have a fully registered INTER account, if your INTER account is limited to remittance services, you must complete your registration process to be considered eligible for the Special Offer.
• This Special Offer may not be combined with any other special offer or promotional program offered by INTER.
• Qualifying Customers. The Special Offer is available for US resident customers who have never purchased a Gift Card through the INTER app.
• Limited to one offer per customer. The Special Offer is only available one (1) time per qualifying customer. Any attempt by a customer to contravene this one-time Special Offer by attempting multiple transactions or by using different identities or registrations or other methods will cause the customer to be ineligible and disqualified from receiving the Special Offer, at the discretion of INTER.
• Special Offer Activation and Benefits. Qualifying Customers must purchase a gift card through the INTER app in an amount no lesser than US$ 25,00 (twenty five dollars) (“Qualifying Purchase”). After concluding a Qualifying Purchase, Qualifying Customers will receive a US$ 10,00 (ten dollars) Amazon gift card. The Bonus Gift Card will be delivered to you via e-mail, to the e-mail address registered to your INTER account and/or the INTER app within 5 (five) days from the Qualifying Purchase. Please verify your spam and trash e-mail folders.
• Special Offer Limitations. The Special Offer may be adjusted from time to time by INTER on the INTER app and websites at its sole discretion and said adjustments shall be effective immediately. The Special Offer Benefits will be applied to your INTER account once you have completed all required steps for participation. The Special Offer will only be available to Qualifying Customers who conclude a Qualifying Purchase during the Special Offer Time Period.
• Special Offer Time Period. The Special Offer Time Period starts on June 24th, 2025, at 12:00:00AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on June 30th, 2025, at 11:59:59PM EST. INTER’s server located in Florida is the official clock for the Special Offer.
• The Special Offer will not be valid for any qualifying purchase that is canceled by you or by INTER through the INTER app. The Special Offer will not be available in the event a purchase is not sufficiently funded. INTER may not approve your registration for an INTER account, at its sole discretion, in which case you will not be eligible to participate in the Special Offer.
• Termination of Special Offer; pending transactions. INTER retains the right at its sole discretion to discontinue and terminate the Special Offer at any time, effective immediately, on either the INTER app or the INTER websites, with or without notice. Any pending qualified action will be honored if initiated before the termination of the Special Offer unless such action appears fraudulent or is not otherwise in compliance with the INTER Terms & Conditions or applicable laws and regulations. INTER reserves the right to disqualify actions that, in its sole discretion, are intended to contravene the rules of the Special Offer or are not otherwise in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including INTER own Terms & Conditions as well as any of INTER`s policies and rules.
• The Special Offer is not available to customers located in any jurisdiction where prohibited by any applicable law, statute or regulation. All information collected from you as part of the Special Offer will be subject to INTER’s Privacy Policy as posted on https://us.inter.co/en/compliance#privacy-policy. All INTER Accounts are subject to the terms and conditions of the INTER Account Agreement posted on https://us.inter.co/en/compliance#global-account-agreement.
