FORUM TERMS OF USE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

This Terms of Use and General Conditions of the Forum ("Terms of Use") is intended to regulate the relationship between Inter and customers with an account with Inter who are interested in the use of the Forum space, herein considered as "You" and/or "User", whose contracting will occur through the Inter application ("Inter Super App"). These Terms of Use formalize your contract on the license to use the Forum, including any websites and applications, widgets, APIs, notifications by e-mail or in the form of pushes and advertisements. In this sense, by formalizing the contract by accepting the Terms of Use and/or using the Forum, You agree and adhere to the rules and conditions defined herein. To facilitate access, consultation and understanding of the rules of use of the Forum and the community guidelines, these Terms of Use are made available in other languages, in addition to Portuguese. These translations are intended to increase transparency and ensure that You are aware of your rights and duties when using the Forum. However, in the event of any divergence of interpretation, conflict or inconsistency between the Portuguese version and the translated versions, the Portuguese version will always prevail as the official and binding reference.

1. FORUM – CONCEPT, LICENSE AND PREMISES FOR USE

1.1. Forum. The Forum is a dedicated space for conversations about finance, shopping, career and related subjects, which connects Users with common goals within the Inter Super App, including: exchanging perceptions, ideas and experiences to build their smart financial life.

1.1.1. In the Forum, you will be able to make posts through texts, links, photos, videos, among other formats made available by Inter. All manifestations made in the Forum are conceptualized here as "Content".

1.1.2. The publication of the Content indicated herein must follow the rules and guidelines of the Forum established in these Terms of Use.

1.2. License to Use. To access the Forum, Inter will grant You a personal, specific, free and non-exclusive license to use the platform. From the granting of this license, You will be able to enjoy the Forum environment and use its services according to Your interest, provided that the rules indicated in these Terms of Use are respected.

1.2.1. All rights, know-how, registrations and any intellectual property related to the Forum (except those related to the Content provided by Users, according to the rules of the Terms of Use) are and will remain the exclusive property of Inter.

1.2.2. Suggestions and/or comments made by You regarding adjustments and changes, such as corrections, improvements, and automation, will be provided voluntarily. Therefore, there is no binding obligation on Inter to implement these changes, nor any rights over such modifications. All rights and ownership related to the suggestions, features, and/or comments, whether implemented or not, remain reserved to Inter.

1.3. Premises of the Forum. The Forum allows You to have contact with products and services offered by Inter, as well as interaction with partner companies and other participants, with the aim of connecting You to information and people of interest. Therefore, the Forum has the following premises:

1.3.1. Safe and Respectful Environment. The Forum is an environment promoted and managed by Inter, which strives to ensure the best experience for You, with Content made by the community itself, observing the rules indicated herein. In this sense, Inter has a team and systems that work to monitor posts, combating the violation of the obligations and guidelines indicated in these Terms of Use, as well as to prevent abuse and fraud in its environment.

1.3.2. Verified Users. Considering that the Forum is an environment available within the Super App Inter, You and each of the other Users went through an account opening process.

1.3.3. Research, Technology and Innovation. Inter uses research, technology and innovation to create products and services that simplify your life, and this is also a valid premise for the Forum. In this case, Inter may use your information and Content, in addition to your use of the Forum to improve the delivery of its products and services, including using machine learning and artificial intelligence rules. The use of such information and data will also be used to automate and improve the delivery of Content and monitoring of posts, as well as to ensure the functionality and integrity of the Forum. 1.3.4. Personalized Experience. The Forum allows you to select different account formats, with different features and experiences depending on the model chosen. It is important that You make the option that best suits your profile and that You are comfortable with the conditions applicable to each of the categories.

1.3.5. Integration of Inter Products and Services. The Forum is one of the features offered in the Inter Super App, so your information and your Content in other environments of the Inter ecosystem can be used as a way to improve your experience, both in the Forum and in the other products and services offered by Inter or partners.

2. INTER POLICIES AND RULES

2.1. Considering that the Forum relates to other products and services available on the Inter Super App, additional terms and conditions to these Terms of Use may apply. This Terms of Use are expressly complementary to your relationship with Inter, which may involve registration for the use of the Super App, opening a checking account, using and contracting the services and products available at Inter, among others.

2.1.1. The offer of products and services varies according to each country, so additional features and services may not be completely available.

2.2. In case of inconsistency between these Terms of Use and other conditions and rules specific to each product and/or service, the latter shall prevail.

3. FORUM GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

3.1. Account on the Forum. To fully use the Forum, you need to create an account on the Inter Super App and register. The use of the Forum is intended for those of legal age (in accordance with the applicable legislation in the User's jurisdiction) and who already have access to the Inter Super App.

3.1.1. Corporate Account. If the User using the Forum is a company, organization or other legal entity, the person responsible for operating the account on the Inter Super App and, consequently, registering on the Forum (accepting the respective terms and rules) declares and guarantees to Inter that it is authorized to carry out such action and that it has the power to bind such entity to these Terms of Use.

3.1.2. If You have been deactivated and/or suspended by Inter for any reason – either due to improper use of the Forum, or due to fraudulent and/or illegal acts practiced in other products/services offered by Inter – your access may be restricted and/or blocked.

3.2. Account Type. The Forum offers different profile modalities to adapt to the interests of its members. You may select a certain profile that is more restricted and not identifiable by other Forum Users or have an open profile to share Content, move communities and be identified by other Users.

3.2.1. Each of these profiles entails different responsibilities for You. It is up to You to choose the modality that best meets your needs and preferences, according to the rules and conditions available on the Forum.

3.2.2. The choice of a public profile allows it to be found by other participants of the Forum, as well as guarantees Inter the possibility of using such identifier for other features, services and products offered in the Inter Super App. This allows for an integrated and personalized experience, making it easier to access and use the various features available in the Inter ecosystem.

3.2.3. The choice of a private profile restricts his performance in the Forum, according to Inter's rules. For example, the User may view and like Content posted on the Forum by Users with a public profile, without the ability to post Content. 3.3. Profile Creation. By accepting the rules and conditions established in these Terms of Use, You will be able to customize your account, selecting your profile, indicating your username, identification photo, among other accesses allowed in the Forum.

3.3.1. Inter reserves the right to change the username and/or remove the photo used by You, in the event that this is the most appropriate or necessary measure, especially in cases where (i) a possible violation of a third party's intellectual property is identified, (ii) if You are impersonating another person, as well as (iii) in situations where the username and/or photo violates these Terms of Use, Inter's policies and rules or applicable laws and regulations.

3.4. User Profile and Inter Products/Services. Inter may use the account created in the Forum to facilitate its access to other products and services offered. In these cases, You consent to the use of data and information provided by You on the Forum, including Your username.

3.4.1. Bazaar. If this functionality is available, You may share the advertisements and product offers inserted in the Bazaar, as a way to reach the other participants connected to the Forum. Other rules and conditions on the use of the Bazaar must be verified in the applicable terms and policies.

3.4.2. PIX/Inter Pay (Global Account) transactions. If this functionality is available, when registering an account on the Forum, You may choose to use your registered username to facilitate transactions via PIX/Inter Pay (Global Account) with other participants in the community. At this time, You authorize Inter to make use of your username, agency and account.

• The use of the username does not mean the registration/creation of a new PIX key for the User. The username is only a facilitator of identification of the User through the data of his transactional account (branch and account) so that it is possible to make the transfer between accounts through PIX.

• At any time You can change your preferences to use your username to carry out transactions via PIX or through Inter Pay (Global Account). In these cases, the selection is made in the settings of your account on the Forum, simply by deactivating or re-enabling the corresponding option. This choice will not imply any penalty and/or prejudice to the use of the Forum and its features.

• Other rules and conditions on transfers via PIX and/or InterPay (Global Account) must be verified in the applicable terms and policies.

3.5. User Liability and Content. You are responsible for the use of the Forum and its features, in particular for any publication made in your environment. All Content published by You must not only comply with the rules and guidelines of these Terms of Use, but also other policies and rules of Inter, applicable laws and regulations.

3.5.1. Inter is not responsible for controlling the use of your Content by third parties.

3.5.2. Inter reserves the right to restrict, remove and/or suspend (as applicable) all Content published that does not comply with the rules indicated in these Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, Content that characterizes fraud or illegal conduct, harassment, hate speech, violation of intellectual property rights, among other topics that Inter understands as being sensitive and/or not appropriate to You, as well as violate the policies and objectives of the Forum.

3.6. Content Available on the Forum. Inter has no responsibility for the Content made available on the Forum by other users. None of the Content published there has the support, endorsement, guarantee of veracity or reliability of Inter, so that the responsibility for the information indicated therein is exclusive to the users who authored the Content. 3.6.1. By using the Forum, You will be exposed to Content that does not necessarily reflect Inter's values and interests, and may be offensive, incorrect, inappropriate and even fraudulent.

3.6.2. If You feel offended and/or are interested in reporting any irregularity in a Content available on the Forum, You may use the Inter service channel available in your location to make any complaint.

3.7. Advertising. Inter and/or partner companies – provided that they are duly authorized, according to the rules of the Terms of Use – may advertise their products and services on the Forum. Inter will use data from the use of products and services on the Inter Super App to show posts, advertisements and offers that Inter understands to be of interest to you. 3.7.1. In these cases, Inter will at no time share your personal data with companies interested in carrying out advertising. In these cases, Inter only helps the connection between partner companies, based on the target audience, and their interests expressed in the Inter Super App. More information about the rules and conditions indicated here can be found in Inter's Privacy Policy.

3.8. Content Certification Seal. Inter may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, grant You a certification seal. This badge is a form of recognition, indicating that, in general, that User promotes Content that complies with the platform's guidelines and values. The certification is awarded based on the quality and relevance of the content shared, as well as their positive and constructive behavior within the community. The certification seal aims to encourage the creation of valuable content and the maintenance of conversation between members of the Forum.

3.8.1. The attribution of the certification seal indicated herein is a specific and exclusive evaluation measure of Inter, to be granted according to internal rules.

3.9. Content Visibility. It is up to Inter to define the prioritization of certain Contents, rules and formats of information, based on its structuring of technology and innovation. Inter reserves the right to establish criteria and guidelines that guarantee your best experience, ensuring that the prioritized Content complies with the policies and objectives of the Forum. Inter continuously monitors and adjusts these criteria to meet your needs and expectations, aiming to promote a safe, inclusive and efficient environment for everyone at the Forum.

3.10. Limiting Access and Removing Content. Inter may remove, suspend or limit access/visibility to any Content published, if it deems that it is not suitable for You, including for violation of these Terms of Use, in case of exposure of Inter and other members to legal and regulatory risks, as well as aiming at the protection of the Forum, other products and services of Inter and its Users and, also, due to the applicable legislation and/or in compliance with the determination/orders of the competent authorities.

3.10.1. Limitation of Territorial Access. Inter may limit access to and viewing of certain content based on your country of residence, in particular to comply with applicable law. As such, some Content may be available to certain Users and not to others. This measure aims to ensure that the Forum is compliant with local laws and regulations.

3.10.2. The removal and/or limitation of access to the Content will be done immediately, without prior notice. Any question about the limitation of access and/or removal of the Content made may be directed to the Service Channel, according to the rules of these Terms of Use.

3.11. Account Suspension or Termination. If You (i) expose Inter and other Users to legal risks and/or (ii) infringe the rules and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use and/or in determination/orders of the competent authorities, You may have Your access to the Forum suspended and/or have Your account closed, depending on the severity and applicable circumstances.

3.11.1. Inter may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, in the event that situations such as, but not limited to, suspicion of fraud and/or misuse of the Forum, violation of third party rights, as well as legal obligation, are identified.

3.11.2. The suspension and/or closure of the account will be done immediately, without the need for prior notice. Any questions about the suspension and/or closure of the account may be directed to Inter's Service Channel, according to the rules of these Terms of Use. 3.12. Account Termination by User. You can request the closure of your account on the Forum at any time by contacting the Inter Support Channel. The request will be processed according to internal procedures and the closure of the account on the Forum will be effective.

3.12.1. During this time, You may be contacted to confirm the request and provide additional information if necessary. Inter is committed to treating all account closure requests with due attention and respect for your privacy.

3.12.2. The deletion of your account on the Forum is an independent process and will not imply the deletion of the checking account and other products and services contracted in the Inter Super App. Each product and service has its own termination policies and procedures, and You must follow the respective processes to terminate any other contracts.

4. INTER'S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT

4.1. Ownership of Content. You are responsible for the Content you share on the Forum, so you are considered the owner of the Content (in any of the permitted formats, such as photo, text and/or links).

4.2. License to Use Content. By posting Content on the Forum, You grant Inter a worldwide, non-exclusive and free license – with the possibility of sublicensing – to use the Content created for any purposes of interest to Inter, whether to archive, copy, reproduce, alter, treat, generate learning of Inter's technologies and innovations, publish, transmit, display and share in all types of media or distribution methods already available or that will be available Developed.

4.2.1. The license also guarantees the possibility of use of the Content by Inter to provide, promote and improve the Forum, in addition to making its Content available to other Users, including for the purpose of replicating the posting, transmission, dissemination and/or publication. Any further use of the Content by You and/or other participants must be evaluated by the offended party and possible offender independently.

4.2.2. Precisely for this reason, You declare and are responsible for any license, right, permission and/or authorization that is necessary to carry out any publication of the Content, in order to guarantee the right of use of the Content by Inter, without limitations. Therefore, the Content posted by You must not violate any type of third party right, including copyright/intellectual property rights and/or contain any other legal violations. 4.2.3. Your use of the Forum is deemed to be sufficient compensation to the owner for the Content hereunder. For this reason, the termination of the right of use defined herein will only end with the deletion of the Content on Inter's systems and/or complete closure of your account.

4.3. The entire Forum environment, its Contents and functionalities made available to You are the property of Inter, and it is certain that any use of the Forum by You does not imply, under any circumstances, sale or transfer of these.

5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES FOR FORUM CONTENT

5.1. Purpose of the Forum. The Forum is an environment for interaction between Users, with the objective of promoting conversations about finances, shopping, career and related subjects, in order to contribute to building a smarter financial life. This objective can only be achieved if there is respect between You and other Users, in order to create a dynamic, open and safe space for everyone.

5.2. It is considering the objective indicated herein that Inter establishes the guidelines and standards of the community, which must be observed by You, in the following terms:

5.2.1. Compliance with Applicable Law. Publications that may characterize suspicion and/or violation of the legislation applicable to the User's jurisdiction will not be admitted. Therefore, any type of Content with texts, images or words that are indecorous, profane, prejudiced, disrespectful, discriminatory, insulting, slanderous, defamatory and/or that in any way violate the dignity, image, reputation, honor, morals, integrity or any other right of any person, regardless of nationality, politics, ethnicity or religion, is not allowed. Inappropriate Content will also be considered that which threatens public order and security, praises or promotes vandalism, crimes or criminal offenses, hate groups or terrorists, as well as encourages violence in any way.

5.2.2. Respect among Users. The Forum depends on the mutual respect to be observed by its participants. Therefore, we do not allow any Content that promotes hate, or extremist conduct that targets people or groups based on their race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation. Nor is it allowed to publish Content that includes threats, humiliation, personal information with the intention of blackmailing or harassing someone, as well as unwanted and repetitive messages.

5.2.3. Sensitive Content. When posting Content, You should note the types of conversations usually made and promoted on the Forum, which do not support the sharing of sensitive media and/or considered inappropriate from a social point of view. Therefore, any type of Content that is excessively violent, representative of aggression, promotes nudity and pornography and/or any type of sexual content, and/or that uses the Forum for illegal purposes or for the execution of illegal/fraudulent activities, including the misleading representation of people and entities, is not allowed.

5.2.4. Advertising Identification. Forum participants who publish content for commercial or advertising purposes or that contains promotions or paid disclosures of products, services or brands, must clearly and prominently identify that it is advertising. • Identification must be carried out through explicit, clear and transparent terms, such as "Advertising", "Ad", "Sponsored Content" or "Paid Partnership", inserted prominently at the beginning or prominently in the published Content, in order to avoid any doubt about the commercial nature of the message. Any type of publication of Content in this sense must comply with advertising regulation and best market practices.

5.2.5. Exposure of Personal Information. Posts made by You are public on Your Forum profile and can be accessed by other Users. Therefore, it is recommended that there is no Content with personal information and data, such as account number, card data, CVV, User identification data, among others. Specific problems You have with the use of Inter products and services should be redirected to Inter's Call Center for the proper and appropriate resolution protocol.

5.2.6. Protection of Copyright and Intellectual Property. The Forum ensures that copyright and intellectual property rights are complied with. Therefore, You are not allowed to publish Content for which You do not have all the rights and permissions necessary to do so. Content considered inauthentic and/or without proper authorization for sharing will not be accepted.

5.2.7. Prohibition on Investment Recommendation. The Forum is premised on promoting conversations about smart financial life, however, this does not mean that unauthorized Users (both by Inter and by the applicable authorities) will be able to make any type of financial recommendation. Therefore, the Content is not allowed to be intended to provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or any type of financial advice. You must refrain from publishing information that could be interpreted as financial advice, and Inter is not responsible for any action taken based on such content.

• You are solely responsible for complying with this rule, and therefore You must comply with the applicable regulatory rules, as well as any certifications and/or licenses required when publishing the Contents.

5.2.8. Repetitive Content or Spam. The Forum will not tolerate any type of spamming or other form of using technical means to manipulate, hinder or worsen the experience of its members. Therefore, artificially created content, repetitive posts, or the use of the Forum to artificially amplify or suppress information is not allowed.

5.3. Consequences Policy. Failure to comply with the Forum Content guidelines may result in penalties, such as limitation/lowering of visibility of certain Content, suspension and/or removal of posting, limitation of your use of Forum features, suspension and/or termination of your Forum account, as well as any other measures that may be appropriate and/or necessary. Each of the penalties/restrictions indicated herein will be evaluated by Inter on a case-by-case basis.

6. SERVICE CHANNEL

6.1. In case of any improper Content, irregular and/or suspicious activity, which does not comply with the rules indicated in these Terms of Use, You must report the irregularity to Inter's service channel available in your location ("Service Channel").

6.2. The Inter Call Center is prepared to resolve demands, suggestions and doubts and can be activated in the Inter Super App. 6.3. The Forum is intended exclusively for discussions and interactions related to its Content, so any questions regarding other Inter products and services must be dealt with directly in the Inter Service Channel.

6.3.1. Only the Service Channel is considered an official means for the communication of complaints, complaints or questions related to Inter's products and services.

7. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. The Forum is available to You on an "as is" and "as is" basis. In this regard, Inter does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, error-free, uninterrupted, or other imperfections, availability, timeliness, or reliability of its use or of any Content.

7.2. Inter is not responsible for any damages of any nature that may be due due to the access, interception, elimination, alteration, modification or manipulation, by unauthorized third parties, of the files and communications transmitted through the Forum.

7.3. Inter's liability is limited as much as is permitted by law. In this sense, it should be noted that Inter will not be responsible for any indirect or punitive damage, loss of profits, goodwill or other intangible losses. In addition, it cannot be held responsible for any loss of information or data and/or illegal conduct of its Users/Content.

7.3.1. The conditions set out herein apply even in cases of deletion/limitation of visibility of the Content, as well as suspension/termination of the account.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

8.1. The information collected in the use of the Forum may be shared with the companies of the Inter group, aiming at your security, as well as improving and personalizing the provision of services.

8.2. The personal data (as defined in the law applicable to your jurisdiction) received and/or collected as a result of these Terms of Use will only be used to perform the contractual obligations described herein, respecting the limits and due to the purposes set forth in these Terms of Use and to comply with applicable legal and/or regulatory obligations.

8.3. Inter declares

(i) to adopt technical and administrative measures capable of protecting personal data from accidental or unlawful processing;

(ii) use best efforts to keep personal data up to date;

(iii) share personal data with third parties only when necessary for the execution of this Term; and (iv) to ensure that personal data, which may be transferred internationally, a level of protection compatible with the requirements of the legislation applicable to You.

8.4. Personal data will be collected, processed and shared by Inter under the terms of its privacy policy applicable to the User's location ("Privacy Policy"), which can be consulted as shown in the table below. 8.5.1. Inter may collect and process information about the posts and content published by You, as well as about interactions with content from other participants.

8.5.2. By posting and/or sharing it on the Forum, You acknowledge that if You have a public profile, You are consenting to such information/posting, including information from Your profile (e.g., name/pseudonym, username, profile pictures) being made publicly and widely available to the general public or to Your connections, depending on Your settings.

8.6. Inter will answer questions related to privacy through the Customer Service Channel or by the email indicated in the Privacy Policy applicable to your location.

8.7. The processing of personal data carried out within the scope of these Terms of Use is restricted to data during the use of the Forum and is independent of the processing carried out due to any other commercial, contractual or personal relationship existing between Inter and You and in no way limits, restricts, annuls or prevents this last processing.

8.8. Inter may send electronic notifications, including, but not limited to, pushes, cell phone messages and e-mails, with information regarding the Forum, as well as its related services and/or products, respecting the provisions of the Privacy Policy on the subject. You may, at any time, change your marketing preferences through the Inter Privacy Center available in the Super App or through the Service Channels.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS 9.1. Misuse. You may not use the Forum outside the rules and limits set forth herein in these Terms of Use, such as interfering with or accessing the Forum environment through methods other than the interface offered by Inter. In this sense, it is forbidden to modify, integrate the Forum with other systems and services without Inter's authorization, employ any technique that exploits Forum vulnerabilities and/or use reverse engineering.

9.2. Amendment of the Terms of Use. Inter reserves the right to change its policies and rules, the Forum and its functionalities, and may, for this reason, update the rules of these Terms of Use. The most up-to-date version of the Terms of Use will be available in the Super App for your consultation and analysis whenever necessary.

9.2.1. Your continued use of the Forum, even after changes and modifications, constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

9.3. Omissions or Tolerance. Inter's omission or tolerance in demanding strict compliance with this term will not imply novation or waiver of rights, being considered mere liberality, not affecting its rights, which may be exercised at any time.

9.4. Nullities. In the event that any terms or provisions of these Terms of Use are declared null and void, or not applicable, such nullity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of the Term, which shall remain in full force and effect.

9.5. Communications. All communications made by Inter are part of the service provided by Inter through the Forum. Therefore, it is always necessary to keep contact information up to date (in particular, email and telephone), ensuring proper communication between Inter and You.

10. APPLICABLE LAW 10.1. Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil.

10.2. Forum. To settle any disputes arising from these Terms of Use, the court of of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, is hereby elected. However, if the legislation applicable to your jurisdiction imposes a different or more favorable forum for the User, such legal provision will prevail.
